If we have to cancel a tour, we’ll start your refund straight away using the same payment method you originally used. Once it’s processed, it usually takes 5–7 working days to appear in your account. If you have any worries or your refund takes longer than expected, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to check it for you."

We do our very best to run every tour as planned. Sometimes a tour needs a minimum number of travellers to go ahead, and if we don’t reach that number, we may have to cancel. If that happens, we’ll let you know as early as we can and make sure you’re looked after. You can receive a full refund of what you’ve paid, or we can help you move to another date that fits your plans. Our priority is always to make the process easy and stress-free for you.

If we have to cancel a tour, we’ll always try to offer you another date or tour that feels right for you. If the alternative doesn’t suit your plans, or you’d simply prefer not to travel, you’ll receive a full refund of everything you’ve paid for that tour. We process this as quickly as possible, and your money is returned in the same way you originally paid. Your booking is always protected, and we’ll make the whole process as smooth as we can.

Most of our tours run exactly as planned, but in some cases we need a minimum number of passengers for a tour to go ahead. If we don’t reach that number, it may not be possible to operate the tour in the way we want to — one that’s enjoyable, well-managed, and good value for everyone on board.

If a tour does need to be cancelled because of low bookings, we’ll let you know as early as we can and make sure you’re fully supported. You can move to another date that suits you, or you’ll receive a full refund of the amount you’ve paid. Whatever you choose, we’ll make the process straightforward and stress-free.

For our flight-based tours, changes aren’t possible once the booking is confirmed, as airlines have strict rules on amendments. If you’re unsure about anything before booking, please reach out — we’re always happy to guide you.
