Once we've informed you of the tour cancellation, we will initiate the refund process immediately using the same payment method you used for booking. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

The operation of all our group tours depends on achieving a minimum number of confirmed travelers. If we do not reach this minimum number, we may have to cancel the tour. In such a case, you will receive a refund of the tour amount you have paid, or you can opt to travel on an alternative suitable date.

In the event of a tour cancellation, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative tour option that suits your preferences. If, for any reason, the alternative tour is not suitable for you or if you choose not to go on an alternate tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount you've paid for the canceled tour. Your money will be promptly returned to you to ensure that your investment in the tour is protected.

A tour may be canceled if we do not achieve the minimum number of passengers required for that particular tour. In such cases, it becomes financially unviable for us to operate the tour as planned. Our commitment to ensuring the best experience for our travelers, combined with the need to cover essential costs, means that reaching the minimum passenger count is crucial for tour viability. If a tour is canceled due to low bookings, rest assured that we will provide you with a full refund of the tour amount you have paid, or you can choose an alternative date for your travel

We would recommend you inform us soon as you can, should you need to make any changes to your booking to ensure you are charged the least amount of cancelation charges or admin charges.
