Credit or Debit Card: You can pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that international credit/debit cards issued outside the EU may have a 2% surcharge.

Cheque: You have the option to pay by cheque, but please keep in mind that this method may not be accepted if your tour is within 7 days of travel.

Cash: Cash payments are also accepted.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfers are an option, but they will not be accepted if your tour is within 7 days of travel. For tours within this timeframe, payments must be made by card or in cash.

Business Card: Payments made with a business card will have a 4% surcharge.

The due date for your outstanding balance with Star Tours is contingent on the type of tour booked. For flight tours, the full balance is due 6 weeks before departure; for coach tours, it is due 4 weeks in advance.

Timely payment is vital to prevent booking cancellation, and a £10 admin charge applies for the first reminder and late payments. Should we cancel your tour due to untimely payment, charges will be levied as per our T&Cs.

Please be aware that outstanding balances cannot be deferred due to pending visa processing on any other reason. Ensuring punctual payment is crucial to avoid booking cancellation.

As of January 15th, 2018, there is no surcharge if you are paying with a personal UK or EU issued credit card. However, please be aware that if you choose to pay with a company or corporate card, there will be a surcharge of 4%. For international credit/debit cards, a surcharge of 2% will apply. We encourage you to select the payment method that best suits your needs and circumstances.

Yes, when booking online, you will be required to make a payment, either a deposit or the full payment, in order to secure your booking. The online system will only accept your booking once the payment has been successfully processed. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed and that you have a seat reserved for your chosen tour.

No, Star Tours does not store your card details. For any future payments, you would need to contact Star Tours and provide your card details again. It's important to note that while Star Tours does not store your card details, their payment gateway may store your card information in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

If you've completed an online bank transfer, please be aware that we can only update your account once the funds have been received and confirmed in our account. However, to expedite the process, you may send a screenshot of the transaction, and we can add a note to your account indicating that the transfer has been initiated. This will help us track and verify your payment more efficiently.
