Refund Policy

If we ever need to cancel a tour, we’ll start your refund straight away using the same payment method you used when booking. Once it’s processed, it usually takes around 5–7 working days to appear in your account. If it takes a little longer or you’d like us to check on it for you, just let us know — we’re always here to help and make sure everything is sorted for you quickly.

If a meal is missed for a reason that’s down to us, we’ll make sure you’re refunded fairly for the inconvenience. We offer 10 Euros per person for a missed lunch and 15 Euros per person for a missed dinner. We know meals are an important part of your day on tour, so if something doesn’t go to plan, we’ll put it right quickly and make sure you’re looked after.
