Refund Policy

Once we've informed you of the tour cancellation, we will initiate the refund process immediately using the same payment method you used for booking. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In the event that a meal is missed due to reasons attributable to Star Tours, we will provide a refund of 9 Euros for lunch and 12 Euros for dinner per person, per missed meal
