## What is included in tour prices

Indian meals (vegetarian, Jain, non-vegetarian and Halal on request) on most European coach tours. Continental breakfast daily at hotels. Gratuities and service charges on European coach tours. Star Tours Tour Manager on all coach and flight tours. Sightseeing and entrance tickets as listed in itinerary.

Not included: visa fees, travel insurance, optional excursions, personal expenses.

## Booking and payments

Book online at startours.co.uk at any time, by email, by post, or in person at branches in London (head office), and international offices in Atlanta, California, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Chennai.

Deposits: 25% for coach tours, 40% for flight tours. Balance due 4 weeks before departure for coach tours, 6 weeks for flight tours. Accepted payments: credit and debit cards (no surcharge for UK-issued cards), cheque, cash at branches, bank transfer.

## Financial protection

All holidays are fully financially protected under ABTA (W8770) and ATOL (5639). Customers can claim ABTA dispute resolution services and ATOL financial protection in the event the company ceases trading.

## Visa services

Star Tours has an in-house visa team that processes over 4,500 Schengen visa applications per year for European tour customers. The team handles appointment booking, document checking and submission on behalf of passengers.
