In order to make a booking for your holiday, you are required to complete a booking form. Follow our step by step instructions on how to book for a hassle-free booking experience.

For bookings received more than 4 weeks prior to departure a non-refundable deposit amount of 25% of the tour cost will be required for coach tours. For all flight tours non-refundable deposit amount of 40% of the tour cost will be required at the time of booking. For bookings received less than 4 weeks prior to the departure of the tour, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.

1. Select the desired tour and departure date
2. Follow step-by-step instructions and enter your payment details
3. You will receive your final confirmation by email within 24 hours

If you are using a non-UK or EU-issued credit/debit card then you may incur additional charges from your bank. Please check with your bank for details on charges.

Note: Non-UK or EU-issued Credit/Debit Cards/Forex Cards/Money Transfer and Pre-Paid cards will incur a 2% surcharge.

1. Complete a booking form and sign it.
2. Handover the booking form to our reservations team along with your method of payment (Cheque payable to Star Tours Ltd /Cash/Credit/Debit card).

2. Email the booking form as an attachment to [email protected] or if you prefer you can post the booking form to our office. 
3. Payment can be made via bank transfer or you can write your credit card details on the booking form.
4. If you are making the payment by bank transfer then we will give you booking number which needs to be mentioned when doing an online bank transfer
