With each tour you complete, your Stars build up quietly in the background, ready to bring a little extra joy to your next holiday. It’s a simple programme, but it’s created with genuine appreciation for the trust you place in us.

How Loyalty Stars Work

Your Stars begin to grow the moment you complete a tour:

• 200 Stars per day on UK tours
• 100 Stars per day on European tours

They’re linked to your email address, so using the same one for all bookings helps keep everything together and easy to track.

Redeeming Your Stars

Redeeming is effortless.
Every 100 Stars gives you £1 off your next tour, and your balance appears automatically when you book.

Once your tour is finished, your Stars become active — ready to add a small saving, a little encouragement, or simply a nice surprise to your next adventure.

Important Information

• Stars are added after your tour ends and are collected per tour day.
• Please use the same email address for each booking so your Stars stay in one place.
• Stars can be redeemed by the lead passenger and used as a discount only.
• Once redeemed, Stars are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Promotional Stars may follow additional terms.
